Rules:
1. Do not invent routes, fields, IDs, or key prefixes.
2. Keep the key out of browsers and mobile apps.
3. Use Idempotency-Key where the contract declares it.
4. Treat redirects as UX, not financial confirmation.
5. Verify webhooks against the original body.
6. Deduplicate events and business effects.
7. Keep merchant, environment, host, and key aligned.
8. Do not send processor parameters or IDs.
9. Retry only idempotent requests.
10. Test against sandbox before live.
